Cancellation Policy

For Corporate Clients If you’re using the app, you can cancel by going to My Profile > Bookings. You can then rebook using the booking link in your group. If you’re not yet on the app, and need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible via email: relax@skyndeep.co.uk or text: 07808-670-713. For Private & Self-Paying Corporate Clients There is a minimum 48 hour cancellation and/or rescheduling policy. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, there will unfortunately be no refund due and no opportunity to reschedule.
